Really cheap pool table. Staff pretty good, but not a great selection of beers. Still a rather nice pub.

super cheap so expected.good old fashioned pub grub, simple but tasty. had soup of the day, grilled barra and bangers and mash. gravy on the bangers was the highlight but the rest we couldn't eat it was so bad. there were no pies left or i would have tried one of those as.seemed to be a staple. only reason i gave 2 over 1 star was due to price being cheap.
Great Aussie pub experience. Classic decor - not sure about Tchaikovskys 1812 overture but that aside, the steak was poor. Had it twice now. I had food envy towards the schnitzel.
Great atmosphere, good prices, quality food and drinks and friendly service. What more could you want from a country pub? Enjoy the late 1930s style art Deco architecture with authentic era tables and chairs. Lots of convenient parking and close to the railway station and other shops.
