Bought a pair of Tenaya shoes online from overseas. I bought the same size as per my current Tenaya shoes but different model. Turns out the size of the new model was wrong. Contacted BJR as they're the Australian distributor and they were very accommodating and agreed to swap my shoes for the correct size!! Superb service!!!!Thank you John for being a great help and thank you Ella, the lovely lady at the store who followed up on the whole process with phone calls, updates on stock availability and then fitting at the store. Fantastic service. Happily replaced a faulty MadRock R3 crash pad. John had it out the door within 2 days of me sending him photos. Could not be happier - I was worried it was going to be a massive argument. He was more than happy to replace the pad :)
