Been here a few times now, great little cafe. Friendly service each time, one time the server seemed a bit confused, popped back a few times with unusual comments about how one person could have a ham cheese toastie, but the other person couldn't change a salad sandwich to also include ham? But this could be some kitchen confusion. I highly recommend the Ruben - i usually don't change my order for anything else because its so good! Lots of gluten free options and meals are all tasty and fresh. A little odd to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom - but great to have a bathroom in a cafe like this as they often don't have one.
Waited for ages for our food only to learn that the gluten free option means no bread at all rather than gluten free bread. Rather disappointing in terms of customer service and communication skills. Won't go there again.
Went for a big breakfast before going to scenic world, staff were very welcoming and courteous; food was Superb! Definitely going back to try lunch next time!
I have eaten here a few times now and the food is always good quality. The coffee is great and the staff are always friendly and up for a chat. Always a generally pleasant experience.
The coffee was good, but that's about it. My tastes are relatively simple, so all I ordered was peanut butter and toast. Their stated philosophy is using whole foods and excellent produce, so the price of $7.50 for toast and peanut butter seems reasonable. Sadly, I got one slice of toast and what was pretty clearly supermarket style processed peanut butter . I am happy to pay for quality. I am not happy to pay for average. Think carefully before spending your money here.
